1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of Zentronix services and website. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms, the privacy policy, and applicable return and cancellation rules.

2. Orders and payment

Orders are placed through the official Zentronix website or customer service. Payment is made as indicated at checkout. Prices include stated taxes; delivery costs may vary by order.

3. Delivery

Delivery times and coverage areas in Ireland are provided during the ordering process. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address. Delays caused by force majeure do not entitle compensation except where required by law.

4. Cancellation and returns

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Detailed instructions: Return Policy. Special conditions may apply to food and health programs.

5. Limitation of liability

Zilculator LLC OU (provider of the service) is liable only for direct damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Compensation is limited to the order value unless otherwise required by law.

6. Changes and applicable law

We reserve the right to update these terms. The currently valid terms are always available on the website. Irish law applies in case of disputes.
