1. Right of return

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for orders. The withdrawal period starts when the ordered service or product is received. Withdrawal must be clearly communicated before the period expires.

2. Return processing

Once a return is approved, we refund the payment using the same payment method as the original transaction, no later than 14 days after receiving the return.

3. Special instructions for food and health services

For food and personal health programs, return and cancellation conditions may differ from the general 14-day rule for health and hygiene reasons.
